2. For people who flow in from the counties (cities, districts) where the epidemic occurred within 7 days, corresponding measures shall be taken according to the prevention and control requirements of people living in medium-risk areas.

3. Anyone who returns to Shandong from outside the province must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and conduct "three inspections in five days" after arrival, with an interval of 24 hours each time. Popularize "landing inspection" and conduct 1 nucleic acid testing immediately after arrival in our province according to the principle of "free entry and exit, no restrictions on mobility".
