1. Bring your personal ID card to the Administration for Industry and Commerce for registration. Please consult the staff for details.
2. After filling in the application form as required, go to the relevant department for examination and approval or handle relevant licenses according to the reported business items;
3. Return the completed application form and related materials, as well as personal ID card and completed permit to the individual and private economic units of the Administration for Industry and Commerce for review;
4. The personnel of this Municipality may directly apply to the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce for a business license and fill in relevant information.
The materials generally required for handling individual business licenses are as follows:
1. Application for registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the applicant;
2. The identity certificate of the applicant;
3. Proof of business place;
4. Other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
Article 8 of the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households
Those who apply for registration as individual industrial and commercial households shall apply to the registration authority where the business premises are located. The applicant shall submit an application for registration, identity certificate and proof of business premises.
The registered items of individual industrial and commercial households include the name and domicile, composition, business scope and business premises of the operators. Individual industrial and commercial households use the name, with the name as a registered item.
