From west to east, the functional spaces are: emergency materials warehouse, parking lot, training base, dressing room and tool room, exhibition room, bathroom, office, conference room, rest area and intelligent patrol base. In terms of layout, the base takes the road development time as the axis, divides the area by color, and comprehensively records the development and changes of Shanghai urban road network and various pavement technologies in the past 100 years through pictures, characters, physical models and historical objects in the open exhibition hall, showing the historical and cultural connotation of the road.
