Harbin Taiping International Airport is the second largest international airport in Northeast China, which can accommodate all kinds of domestic and foreign large passenger planes taking off and landing day and night. There are flights to more than 30 large and medium-sized tourist cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Nanjing, Qingdao, Wenzhou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Dalian, Spain and Hong Kong, as well as regular flights to some cities such as the United States, Russia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.

Harbin Taiping International Airport is 30 kilometers away from the urban area. There are two ways to get from the airport to the city: the bus from the airport to the city and the inbound flight leave at the same time. When there are inbound flights, there are corresponding buses to the city. The stations from the airport to the urban area include Kang 'an Road, Tongda Street, Anfaqiao, Harbin Institute of Technology, Railway Station, Wenchang Street and the Civil Aviation Building of the Terminal.

The fare is 20 yuan/person, but you usually need to take a taxi or bus from each station to your destination (hotel). The taxi fare to the airport is generally 130 yuan, depending on the local price. The departure station of the line from the urban area to the airport is located in the Civil Aviation Building (Civil Aviation Ticket Office, No.99 Zhongshan Road), which goes directly to the airport. Passengers in the city can take bus No.2, No.3, No.21,No.22, No.68, No.69, No.82, 108,1and 16544.

The airport bus leaves at 6: 00 in the morning and ends at 18: 30 in the afternoon. It runs every half hour, and the journey takes about 50 minutes. Please take the bus two hours in advance. Urban passengers can also take the bus at Xinyang Road ticket office every half hour. Harbin is the second largest railway hub in Northeast China after Shenyang, connecting five major railways: Jingha, Suibin, Binzhou, Binbei and Labin. There are two main railway passenger stations, Harbin Station and Harbin East Station.

Harbin station is the main receiving and dispatching station for trains passing through Harbin; Harbin East Station is the starting point of most trains from Harbin, and also the end point of trains bound for Harbin. Harbin not only has passenger trains to major cities in the province, northeast China and eastern Inner Mongolia, but also runs day and night with large and medium-sized tourist cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hankou, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Yantai, Dezhou and Xuzhou.

Harbin has opened high-speed bullet trains with Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Suihua and Jiamusi. The railway station is located in the center of Harbin with convenient transportation. You can also take a taxi to various destinations. The taxi starts from 8 yuan, and then 1.9 yuan/km. Highway 102 (Jingha Expressway), 202 (Heihe-Dalian), 22 1 (Harbin-Tongjiang) and 30 1 (Manzhouli-Suifenhe) radiate all over the country. There are Harbin-Daqing and Qiqihar in the province; Harbin-Mudanjiang, Suifenhe; Harbin to Jiamusi and Hegang expressway. There are also dozens of long-distance bus lines leading to important towns in the province and neighboring cities outside the province.

At present, Harbin has built a relatively complete urban public transport system, and there are more than 100 bus lines in urban areas. Including bus lines, tram lines and intermodal lines, basically forming a public transportation network extending in all directions and convenient for travel. For the convenience of citizens and tourists, Harbin has successively opened city sightseeing bus routes from the city flood control memorial tower to Sun Island and to and from major scenic spots in the city, adding new colors to the opening of urban tourism.

Taxis in Harbin are more expensive, starting from 7 yuan, Li Xia (3 kilometers), and then 1.6 yuan per kilometer (there is almost no Li Xia now); Jetta starts from 8 yuan (3 km) and then every km 1.9 yuan. Now the fuel surcharge per taxi 1 yuan is equal to the starting price of 9 yuan. There are also three ferry lines connecting Harbin downtown and Sun Island, providing convenient and fast water transportation for Chinese and foreign tourists.
