Article 1 The undergraduate enrollment of Qingdao University adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, and is selected on the basis of comprehensive evaluation.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan
Eleventh schools in combination with school conditions, development planning to develop undergraduate enrollment plan in 2020, after the examination and approval of the principal's office meeting, reported to the Ministry of Education for approval.
Article 12 According to the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the relevant national enrollment policies, combined with the actual situation of social and economic development's strategic demand for talent training, the school's talent training objectives, school conditions, etc., the school will make overall consideration of the number of candidates in each province, the quality of students, the coordinated regional development and key support policies, and the planned arrangements over the years, and determine the provincial enrollment plan, which will be announced to the public after being reported to the Ministry of Education by the competent enrollment departments of each province (city, autonomous region).
Chapter V Access Principles
Thirteenth school admission adopts computer remote online admission, which is fair, just and selective. After the admission, the school will fill in the admission notice according to the admission list approved by the provincial admissions management department and send it directly to the admitted candidates.
Fourteenth in the province of college entrance examination reform, the admission principle is implemented according to the relevant policies of the province of college entrance examination reform, and the professional (class) volunteers filled in by candidates meet the requirements of professional (class) elective subjects. For candidates in Shandong Province, the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute, according to the total scores and wishes of the candidates in the college entrance examination, and according to the 1: 1 of the school's professional enrollment plan, is examined and admitted by our school, and the candidates who enter the file are directly admitted to the majors (categories) reported by the candidates.
Fifteenth non college entrance examination reform provinces, the college entrance examination scores reached the same batch of admission control scores of Qingdao University, the school admission according to the principle of score priority, that is, according to the order of college entrance examination scores from high to low to meet the professional aspirations of candidates.
When the candidates' college entrance examination results can't meet the professional wishes, if the candidates obey the professional adjustment, the school will adjust to the unfinished major of the enrollment plan according to the college entrance examination results and with due reference to the candidates' single subject scores until the enrollment is full; Those who do not obey the professional adjustment shall be dismissed.
In Jiangsu Province, the required score of academic proficiency test subjects is "5 qualified", and the score of selected subjects is 2B or above. The professional sorting rule of candidates in the same professional volunteer is "score first, then grade".
Sixteenth students physical examination requirements in accordance with the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation, "guiding opinions on physical examination of ordinary colleges and universities" document implementation.
Seventeenth special classes are admitted according to the following principles:
(1) Admission of art majors
The admission of art majors shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations published in the "Qingdao University 2020 Art Major Admissions Guide".
(B) Physical education professional admission
The admission schools for sports majors implement the admission policies for sports-related majors formulated by the competent department of enrollment in Shandong Province, and select the best candidates according to their comprehensive scores within the scope of filing. Those with the same comprehensive scores will be selected according to their professional achievements.
(3) Comprehensive evaluation of enrollment
Comprehensive evaluation enrollment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations promulgated by Qingdao University in 2020.
(d) Admission of high-level athletes
The admission of high-level athletes shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the relevant regulations published in the "Qingdao University 2020 High-level Athletes Admissions Guide".
Eighteenth schools admit candidates who have passed the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination. Candidates who enjoy the bonus policy shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Chapter VI Cost Refund and Subsidy Policies
Nineteenth fees strictly implement the relevant provisions of the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education and other departments.

Article 23 Students who have completed all the contents stipulated in the training plan within the specified years of the school, obtained the specified total credits and met the graduation requirements in moral, intellectual and physical aspects are allowed to graduate. The school will issue the undergraduate diploma of general higher education; Undergraduate students who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees are awarded bachelor's degree certificates by the school with the approval of academic degree evaluation committee.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Twenty-fourth schools do not entrust any institutions or individuals to act as agents for matters related to enrollment. Institutions or individuals engaged in illegal enrollment activities in the name of Qingdao University will be held accountable according to law.
Twenty-fifth matters not covered in the Articles of Association or inconsistent with the superior policies shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the superior.
