Open the enterprise mailbox, click Administrator Login, enter the administrator account and password of the enterprise mailbox on this page, and then click Login to enter the management page of the enterprise mailbox.
Enter the system management page of enterprise mailbox and find the user account management options listed on the left (each mailbox system is different), which is the organizational structure in the example.
After clicking Open Organization Structure, you can see a list of all email accounts on the right. Find the account that you forgot your password in the list, and then click Open.
Or select the email account name, and then click Modify above. This step is also related to the mail system. Different systems have different ways, but this operation is generally the same.
After opening the specific account, you can re-fill in a password that meets the requirements on the modify page, and then click OK to exit.
In this way, the password is reset, and people who forget the password can log in to their mailbox with the new password just filled in.
