Meng, 1940, born in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, is a famous contemporary freehand brushwork flower-and-bird painter. 1962 graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Shandong University of Arts, and studied under Guan Yousheng, Heibolong, Zhang. After graduation, I worked in the art workshop of Qingdao Naval Submarine Academy for 6 years. After returning to my hometown, I have been engaged in art education in Jinan, Dezhou and Qingdao for a long time. In my painting practice for more than 50 years, I have benefited a lot from the guidance of masters such as Sun Qifeng, Yu Xining and Zhang Peng. The history of painting and art in Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties was systematically studied and studied. Special emphasis is placed on the study of famous artists in the late Qing Dynasty and modern times.
