The 10 bit of the VIN code is the production year (ex-factory) information of the vehicle.
The 1 1 bit of the VIN code indicates the origin information of the vehicle.
The 12~ 17 bits of the VIN code indicate the production serial number of the automobile, and there is no other meaning.
