1. Requirements for e-commerce platform to handle value-added telecom business license:
(1) A company established according to law;
(2) The registered capital of business in the province should be 1 10,000 yuan, and the registered capital of business in the whole country should be 1 10,000 yuan;
(3) Pure domestic-funded enterprises (the proportion of foreign capital of the company's shareholders shall not exceed a certain proportion);
(4) Having a corresponding business scope (value-added telecommunications business or engaging in telecommunications business, etc.). );
(5) Having a website module that meets the requirements of website audit.
Note: Value-added telecom business licenses are divided into many categories according to different business categories. There are two most common e-commerce platforms, one is ICP license and the other is EDI license! The difference between the two is whether the third-party merchants can be allowed to settle in (EDI certificate is allowed, ICP certificate is not allowed).

(3) Server hosting agreement (valid for at least half a year);

(6) Color scanned copies of the original ID cards of three key management personnel and color scanned copies of social security certificates in the last month;
