Third, take part in beneficial social activities, make more friends, prevent loneliness and overcome depression and anxiety.

Fourth, coordinate family life, reduce contradictions and bad stimuli, and prevent mood swings.

Fifth, learn to control emotions, relieve anxiety, give up prejudice, rely on and obey other people's arrangements, never forget detachment, and take a step back.
