Due to the uncertainty of the enrollment plan officially issued by the Ministry of Education, the actual enrollment of students who are exempt from exams, online students and transfer students, our school will make appropriate adjustments to the enrollment of national unified examinations for various majors in the later period and publicize them at corresponding stages.
In 2023, full-time postgraduate students in our school only recruit non-directional employment candidates (except for the high-level backbone talents program of ethnic minorities); Part-time graduate students only recruit professional degree-oriented employment graduate students.

1. Part-time scholarship policy
The rules for granting part-time scholarships are subject to the policies issued by MBA Center of School of Economics and Management in that year.
2. Full-time scholarship policy
According to the Administrative Measures for Postgraduate Scholarships of University of Science and Technology Beijing (Revised) (No.28 [2022] of the school), part-time postgraduate students are not entitled to scholarships, and the policy for full-time postgraduate freshmen scholarships is as follows:
(1) Scholarship: 6000 yuan/academic year for full-time non-directional employment freshmen (including freshmen from key ethnic minority programs among full-time directional employment candidates).
(2) Academic Scholarship: Full-time freshmen (including directional employment candidates in key ethnic minority programs) will enjoy a scholarship of 1.0000 yuan per academic year in the first year. The scholarship standards enjoyed in the second academic year and beyond refer to the Administrative Measures for Postgraduate Scholarships and Grants of University of Science and Technology Beijing (Revised) (School Development [2022] No.28).

Entry matters
(1) application conditions
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.

4. Candidates' education must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Persons with 3 years or above working experience after obtaining a nationally recognized undergraduate degree;

The second interview includes professional level assessment, foreign language level assessment and comprehensive quality assessment. The assessment method adopts one or more forms such as written examination, interview or experiment, and the specific assessment method is subject to the composite scheme announced by the college.
Note: Candidates who apply for the MBA major in our school 125 100 with the same academic qualifications do not need to take the additional examination with the same academic qualifications.
Registration and online confirmation
Registration includes two stages: online registration and registration confirmation. Our school plans to adopt the online confirmation method. Candidates who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online, confirm the online newspaper information and collect their own images and other related electronic information, and pay the registration fee according to the regulations.
(1) Online Registration
1. The exams for the national unified examination are all online registration. Online registration time is from 9: 00 to 22: 00 every day from1October 5 to1October 25, 2022. The online forecast is from September 24 to September 27, 2022, from 9: 00 to 22: 00 every day.
2. According to the regulations of the enrollment management document of the Ministry of Education, fresh graduates should, in principle, choose the registration point designated by the provincial education enrollment examination institution where their school is located to handle online registration and online confirmation procedures; Candidates for separate examinations should choose the test sites designated by the provincial education entrance examination institutions where the admissions unit is located; Other candidates (including candidates with professional degrees in business administration, public administration, tourism management and engineering management). ) you should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where you work or have a hukou (the relevant specific requirements are reasonably determined by the local provincial education entrance examination institution according to local conditions) for online registration and online confirmation procedures.
3. Candidates (students who are not recommended to be exempted from the exam) must log in to China Graduate Admissions Information Network (hereinafter referred to as "Research Recruitment Network", public website:, education website:) to complete online registration procedures within the specified time. During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but one candidate can only keep one valid registration information. If no supplementary report is made within the time limit, the registration information shall not be modified.
4. Candidates only fill in one major of an enrollment unit when registering. After the initial test is over and the Ministry of Education announces the basic requirements for candidates to enter the re-examination, candidates can learn about the adjustment method and planned balance of the enrollment unit through the "Yan Zhaowang" adjustment service system, and independently fill in multiple adjustment volunteers in parallel according to relevant regulations.
5. During the registration period, the online registration system will check the information of candidates' academic qualifications (student status) online, and candidates can check their scores online; Candidates should log on to the China Higher Education Student Information Network (hereinafter referred to as Xuexin.com, website/) before online registration 1 week, and fill in the online information according to the information provided by Xuexin.com to avoid mistakes. Candidates who have not found their academic qualifications (student status) must go to the authoritative certification institution designated by Xuexin.com for certification as soon as possible (in view of the long feedback time for offline academic qualifications (student status) certification, candidates must leave enough time to carry out certification as soon as possible).
Those who have obtained a degree in a university outside China must go to the official certification institution (Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education) designated by the website of the Ministry of Education (website/) for certification and obtain a written certification report.
Candidates who have changed their identity information (name, ID number, etc.). ) must be registered with the changed valid identity information. Candidates who fail to pass the academic qualification (student status) check due to the change of identity information must also provide the registration point and the enrollment unit with the household registration book with the change record or the relevant certificate issued by the public security organ, which will be reviewed by the registration point and the enrollment unit. Relevant supporting materials must be sent (sent) to the Graduate Admissions Office of our university by EMS before the end time is confirmed online.
Candidates who fail to pass the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) should complete the verification of academic qualifications (student status) within the time specified by the school, otherwise the consequences of not being able to confirm, test, retest or admit online will be borne by the candidates themselves.
6. Candidates who meet the relevant provisions of the state and enjoy the policy of caring for ethnic minorities must fill in relevant information as required when registering online, and truthfully fill in the identity of ethnic minorities and the targeted employment situation in ethnic areas. The registration point conducts a preliminary examination of the qualifications of the relevant candidates, and the enrollment unit conducts a review before the re-examination (including adjustment).
Candidates who meet the requirements of the state and apply for the policy of adding points for the initial test shall fill in relevant information as required when registering online, and the enrollment unit and relevant departments shall conduct audit according to the division of responsibilities.
7. Candidates are divided into two categories: non-directional employment and directional employment. Non-directional employment graduate students, when they graduate, implement their employment destination with the employer in a "two-way choice" way; Graduate students who are oriented to employment are on-the-job graduate students, and they still return to the oriented units for employment after graduation. Directional employment candidates should truthfully fill in the detailed information of directional employment units when reporting online.
Full-time non-directional employment graduate students and full-time directional employment (part-time) minority backbone plan graduate students should hand over their files to the school after admission. Candidates applying for a master's degree and problems arising from their work units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. If the candidate can't re-test, can't be admitted or can't transfer the file to the school, so he can't go through the registration procedures, the admissions unit will not be responsible.
8. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, graduate students' learning methods are divided into full-time and part-time. Full-time graduate students who apply for non-directional employment must study full-time at school. Part-time graduate students refer to the part-time study in various ways and flexible time arrangements while engaging in other professional or social practices; Part-time graduate students are part-time students, and our school only provides higher education services. The accommodation, salary, medical expenses and social insurance during the study period shall be solved by the candidates themselves.
9. Part-time candidates for the national unified examination should choose "part-time" as the learning method, "national unified examination (including joint examination)" as the examination method, and "oriented employment" as the application category.
10. Applicants with the same academic qualifications should truthfully fill in the learning situation and provide real materials.

12. Candidates should carefully understand and fill in their volunteers in strict accordance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements, and choose the application point. 13. Candidates should fill in their personal online registration information accurately and provide real materials as required. Candidates who fail to take the test (including the initial test and re-test) or accept the test due to incorrect information or false information in the online newspaper shall bear the consequences themselves.
(2) Online confirmation
1. All candidates (excluding those who recommend exemption) should confirm the registration information online within the specified time, and they will not be reissued after the deadline. 2. Candidates confirmed online are required to submit their resident ID card, academic degree certificate (fresh graduates hold student ID card), online registration number and other materials required by the registration point, which will be checked by the registration point staff.
Candidates who have not passed the online education (student status) verification and those who have obtained education (degree) outside the country (territory) should also submit the education (student status) certification report when confirming online.
3. Please carefully check and confirm your online registration information. The confirmed registration information shall not be modified during the examination, re-examination and admission, and all consequences caused by filling in errors shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
4. Candidates' ID card, academic degree certificate or student ID card, household registration book, name, date of birth, nationality and other information must be consistent. Inconsistent, online confirmation must be submitted to the public security organs and relevant units of the proof materials, otherwise it will not be confirmed.
5. Candidates must sign the "Commitment Letter for Candidates' Integrity Examination" when registering, and abide by relevant agreements and requirements. 4. The preliminary test results are generally published in February 2023. Candidates log in to the Graduate Admissions Management Information System of University of Science and Technology Beijing to inquire, download and print transcripts. Our school no longer issues paper transcripts.
Qualification examination, re-examination and physical examination
1. Candidates' qualification examination will be conducted in a unified way during the second interview. See the re-examination plan published by the training unit for the examination materials and procedures.

Ideological and Political Quality and Moral Evaluation
Ideological and political quality and moral assessment are important links to ensure the quality of freshmen. The evaluation of ideological and political quality and moral character is mainly to evaluate the actual performance of candidates, including political attitude, ideological performance, moral quality, law-abiding, honesty and trustworthiness.
Our school adopts a "corresponding" way to assess candidates' ideological and political quality and moral character. After the proposed admission list is confirmed, our school will send a letter to the candidate's unit to obtain personnel files (or file audit opinions) and my actual performance and other materials to comprehensively inspect his ideological, political and moral status. [2018] No.83), part-time graduate students, MBA students and MPa are not provided with accommodation.
