I. Overview of the Project:
1, Wuyuanwan operation center office building 1 is located in Wuyuanwan, Xiamen. It was invested by Xiamen Road and Bridge Construction Investment Corporation, designed by Beijing Zhonghua Architectural Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., provided with geological data by Tianjin Geological Engineering Survey and Design Institute, supervised by Xiamen Yu Xiang Engineering Consulting Management Co., Ltd. and undertaken by Hunan Third Engineering Company. The glass curtain wall project was designed by Fujian Tianmin Building Decoration Co., Ltd. and subcontracted by Hunan Third Engineering Company to Southeast Aluminum Co., Ltd.
2. The functional layout of this project is an office building, with a first-class building grade and a frame-shear wall structure. The building has thirteen floors, the seismic fortification intensity is seven degrees, the building fire protection classification is Grade II, the above-ground fire resistance rating is Grade II, and the civil air defense engineering rating is Grade VI. Its construction area is 26,623.73 square meters, and the project cost is 2,320,995,874 yuan. The subcontracting quantity of glass curtain wall in this project is 1 100 square meter, and the project cost is 3.5 million yuan. The glass curtain wall adopts blue hidden frame and semi-hidden frame glass curtain wall, which is divided into three sides, namely, axis 4-8 in the south, axis 8-4 in the north (height 33.3-49.2 m) and axis A-D/9 (height 33.3-49.2 m). Curtain wall columns and beams are connected with the main structure by Q235B angle steel code (aluminum specification is 125*80* 100*8, 250* 100* 100*8), stainless steel bolts are embedded, and glass curtain wall is grounded by Ф/kloc.
Second, the construction situation:
This glass curtain wall project was embedded with embedded parts on July 29th, 2006, officially started on June 2nd, 2006 and completed on April 20th, 2007. Curtain wall engineering division was accepted on April 24, 2007. The glass curtain wall project is constructed according to the curtain wall construction drawings and construction specifications, and the quality meets the design requirements and construction specifications after self-inspection.
Third, the project quality control
A) Before the construction of glass curtain wall, the professional construction scheme of curtain wall engineering should be prepared and submitted to the supervisor for approval. After approval, the construction shall be carried out according to the plan.
B) Before curtain wall construction, axis lofting measurement and elevation putright shall be carried out for the facade of curtain wall, and construction can only be carried out after inspection and acceptance by the supervisor.
C) Before the construction of curtain wall embedded parts, curtain wall columns, beams, lightning protection and grounding, the technical and safety disclosure shall be made to each team, and the problems that are easy to occur in the construction process shall be put forward in time to strictly control the project quality.
D) The glass curtain wall materials entering the site shall be reported to the supervisor for acceptance in time, and can be used only after they are qualified.
E) After the embedded parts of curtain wall are embedded, do a good job of concealment acceptance in time.
F) Every concealed work must be accepted by relevant departments such as supervision and quality supervision stations before the next working procedure can be carried out;
G) This project shall be carried out in strict accordance with mandatory provisions of engineering construction standards, relevant construction acceptance specifications and relevant standards.
Four. Verification of quality control data

& lt3> In 2008, the silicone-copper structural sealant, weather-resistant silicone sealants and special adhesive were provided by Jiangmen Daguangming Adhesive Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Sihui Ouliya Chemical Co., Ltd., with 2 copies of quality guarantee, certificate 1 copy and 3 copies of factory inspection report.

7. Setting-out and sampling measurement of glass curtain wall construction: The setting-out measurement and vertical axis elevation measurement results of this sub-project are within the allowable range of the specification and meet the requirements of the design and construction acceptance specification.
8. 1 Copy of the verification certificate of the resistance meter for the grounding resistance test of the glass curtain wall (certificate number: DY2006-00925).

1, embedded parts connecting curtain wall columns, beams and walls are embedded with chemical reinforcement, and chemical reinforcement is * * *, and five points are randomly selected. The test report is 1, and the test results show that it meets the requirements.
2. The grounding resistance meter (model ZC29B-2) is used for the grounding welding test of the glass curtain wall, and 9 points are tested. The maximum measured value is 0.2 ohm (the specification is less than 1 ohm), which meets the specification requirements.
