Job responsibilities of the Service Commissioner:
1, responsible for providing users with professional insurance knowledge consultation and services according to customer requirements;
2. Recommend insurance types and related wealth management products, and formulate insurance plans;
3, responsible for regular professional insurance business counseling and lectures;
4. Responsible for the follow-up customer service of the insured customers.
Service Commissioner should be hardworking, have a good service attitude, a sense of responsibility, dedication and mission. Take service as the center, solve the problems reflected by the owners in a timely and effective manner, better listen to customers' voices, handle customers' needs, opinions or suggestions, feed back the processing results or progress to customers, and actively collect the opinions or suggestions of the owners.
