Candidates log on to the portal website of Shaanxi Education Examinations Institute (/www.sneac.com) and enter the "Higher Education Self-taught Examination Service Platform" for the first time. After online registration is successful, the system will generate a forecast name (printable). Candidates with the forecast name and ID card to the city (district) examination institutions designated place to take photos to collect ID card information and confirm the information. After the information is confirmed, the system generates the admission ticket number. Candidates use the admission ticket number to log in to the online registration system (the password is the password set at the time of registration), and complete the registration according to the process prompts.
(2) Course application. Candidates who have registered and confirmed their information successfully for the first time will use the admission ticket number to log in to the online registration system and inquire about their personal communication methods.
