If the paid-in employee family uses the housing provident fund loan to purchase the first set of ordinary self-occupied housing, and both husband and wife pay the housing provident fund in full and the loan is used to purchase the same set of self-occupied housing (if the paid-in employee's spouse is a soldier, it is deemed to be paid by both parties), the maximum loan amount is 600,000 yuan; If the housing provident fund is paid in full and continuously unilaterally, the maximum loan amount is 500,000 yuan.
If the paid workers' families use the housing provident fund loan to buy a second set of ordinary self-occupied housing, and both husband and wife pay the housing provident fund in full and the loan is used to buy the same set of self-occupied housing (if the paid workers' spouse is a soldier, it shall be regarded as joint payment by both parties), the maximum loan amount is 500,000 yuan; If the housing provident fund is paid in full and continuously unilaterally, the maximum loan amount is 400,000 yuan.
In addition, the construction period of second-hand housing provident fund loans will be relaxed. To apply for a second-hand house (second-hand house) loan, the construction period of the house purchased by the employee's family shall not exceed 20 years, the sum of the house age and the loan period shall not exceed 40 years, and the loan period shall not exceed the remaining land use right period of the house purchased.
