1.1.1.1director's responsibilities
The chief supervision engineer shall perform the following duties:
A) Be fully responsible for the implementation of the project supervision contract;
B) Determine the division of labor of the personnel of the supervision organization;
C) Preside over the preparation of the project supervision plan and examine and approve the supervision details;
D) Responsible for managing the daily work of the supervision organization and reporting to the supervision unit regularly;
E) check and supervise the work of supervisors. Supervisors can be deployed according to the progress of the project, and incompetent supervisors should be replaced;
F) Preside over the supervision work meeting and issue the documents and instructions of the engineering supervision organization;
G) review the qualifications of contractors and put forward review opinions;
H) Examine and approve the contractor's application for commencement, system implementation plan and construction progress plan;
I) Organize the preparation and release of monthly supervision report, supervision work stage report, special report and project supervision work summary;
J) Responsible for reviewing and handling engineering changes;
K) Participate in the investigation of engineering quality and other accidents;
L) Review the contractor's application for completion acceptance, organize relevant personnel to conduct completion test acceptance, and sign the completion acceptance documents;
M) Responsible for sorting out the project supervision data;
N) Review and sign the contractor's payment application, payment certificate and completion settlement;
O) Mediation of contract disputes between the owner and the contractor, participation in claim settlement and approval of project extension;

The representative of the chief supervision engineer shall perform the following duties:
A) according to the authorization of the chief supervision engineer, exercise some responsibilities and powers of the chief supervision engineer;
B) The chief supervision engineer shall not entrust the following work to the representative of the chief supervision engineer:
1) presided over the preparation of the project supervision plan and examined and approved the project supervision details;
2) Coordinate the contract disputes between the Employer and the Contractor, participate in the settlement of claims, and approve the project extension;
3) according to the progress of the project, allocate supervisors and replace incompetent supervisors;
4) Review and sign the contractor's payment application, payment certificate and completion settlement.
1. 1. 1.3 Responsibilities of professional supervision engineer
Professional supervision engineer shall perform the following duties
A) Be responsible for preparing the contents of the professional part of the supervision plan and the detailed supervision rules of this major;
B) Be responsible for the specific implementation of supervision work in this discipline;
C) Organize, guide, inspect and supervise the work of supervision assistants;
D) Assist the chief supervision engineer to review the contractor's plans, schemes, applications and changes related to this discipline;
E) Check the equipment, materials and software used in the project;
F) Be responsible for collecting, summarizing and sorting out the supervision data of this specialty, and participate in writing the monthly supervision report;
G) Submit the report on the implementation of supervision work in this discipline to the chief supervision engineer on a regular basis, and report major problems to the chief supervision engineer in time;
H) responsible for the examination and approval of the professional quantities;
I) Assist in organizing the engineering test and acceptance of the professional analysis system;
J) Fill in the supervision log.
1. 1. 1.4 Responsibilities of supervision assistant
Auxiliary supervision personnel shall perform the following duties:
A) Carry out supervision work under the guidance of professional supervision engineers;
B) Assist the professional supervision engineer to complete the verification of quantities;
C) As site supervisor, report to professional supervision engineer in time when problems are found;
D) Check and record the contractor's implementation plan and progress;
E) Supervise and record the installation, debugging and testing of software and equipment during the implementation by the contractor;
F) Fill in the supervision log.
