Legal basis: Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Article 1 This Law is formulated in order to ensure food safety and public health and life safety. Article 3 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) implements prevention first, risk management, whole process control and social co-governance, and establishes a scientific and strict supervision and management system.
