What documents does the company need?

To start a company, you generally need the following documents:

Application process:

1. Application for registration of establishment signed by the legal representative of the company;

5. Documents indicating the names and residences of the company's directors, supervisors and managers, and certificates of appointment, election or employment;

The registered capital of a limited liability company is the capital contribution subscribed by all shareholders registered in the company registration authority. Shareholders can make contributions in cash, or in kind, intellectual property rights, land use rights, etc. If it can be valued in money and can be transferred according to law, non-monetary property will be used as capital contribution. However, except for the property that cannot be used as capital contribution as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. Non-monetary property as capital contribution shall be evaluated and verified, and its value shall not be overestimated or underestimated.

Article 6 To establish a company, it shall apply to the company registration authority for registration of establishment according to law. The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about the registered items of the company, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.

Article 7 A company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.

The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters.

Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
