Longmen laboratory
Laboratory Director: Fan Taohui, academician of China Academy of Engineering.
Led by Henan University of Science and Technology and Zhengzhou University, Luoyang City, Henan Academy of Sciences, citic heavy industries and other relevant units participated.
Focusing on the national strategy of "manufacturing power" and the great demand in the field of new materials and intelligent equipment, the laboratory focuses on the basic and cutting-edge technology research in five fields of intelligent equipment, such as intelligent manufacturing foundation, advanced materials, high-end basic parts, intelligent systems and complete sets of equipment, and builds it into a major scientific and technological innovation platform leading the industrial development.
Zhongyuan primary metal laboratory
Laboratory Director: He Jilin, academician of China Academy of Engineering.
Relying on the construction led by Zhengzhou University and cooperating with Sanmenxia Municipal Government, scientific research and technology group, Zhongyuan Gold Smelter, Henan Yuguang Gold Group and other relevant units participated.
Facing the important strategic demand of national key metal raw material safety and independent supply of high-end materials, the laboratory focuses on six research directions, including key metal foundation and interdisciplinary science, key metal resources and material strategy, key metal extraction and purification, key metal materials and targets, characteristic key metal products, metal recovery and material regeneration, and strives to solve major key technical problems in the field of key metals.
Longhu modern immunity laboratory
Laboratory Director: Zhang Gaiping, Academician of China Academy of Engineering.
Relying on the construction led by Henan Agricultural University and Zhengzhou University, the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Henan University and other relevant units participated in the construction.
Facing the important strategic demand of national public health safety and biological safety, the laboratory focuses on five research directions, such as super vaccine, antibody and protein drugs, immune detection and diagnosis technology, food safety, reproductive immunity and animal sex control, and strives to achieve breakthroughs in the immune mechanism and vaccine creation of severe epidemics such as swine fever in COVID-19 and Africa, lead the high-quality development of biomedicine, health industry and aquaculture, and build a world-class innovation platform in the field of modern immunity.
