Yes Green Point Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned company of jabilcircuit, which mainly produces mobile phone chassis parts. On August 28th, 2023, BYD announced the acquisition of its mobile electronics manufacturing business, including Wuxi Green Point.
