Let me remind you that insurance companies are mainly engaged in business. Usually it is promoted from within the back office, or recommended by related households, or dug the corner of other companies. Most office workers are regular employees, sign labor contracts and enjoy very good treatment. Especially in state-owned enterprises such as Zhongmin and China Life, the back office work is a very fixed job, and the income can definitely keep up with the level of civil servants.
