2. The continuity of the old state-owned enterprises is highly stable. People are relatively stable, have a good relationship with leaders, and their personal ability is not very important. They can mix and grow up slowly. The company will not kill you because you are incompetent, but because you are incompetent or have a bad relationship. Hengrui is willing to train a person, and foreign companies only pay attention to ready-made people.
The old employees of Hengrui are very practical. Many old leaders and employees in Lianyungang are loyal and willing to be the big brother of young people. They will help you if there is anything, and buy you a drink after you finish. China society, in particular, is very human. Of course, individuals are not excluded, and I am talking about the majority here. Foreign companies are almost impersonal.

The disadvantages of Hengrui:
1, the official standard thought. The management of Hengrui is called leadership; The management of a foreign company is called the boss. The leader is obedient and the boss is cooperative. When the team of foreign companies goes out, the boss is equal as a brother class; When a state-owned enterprise team goes out, the leader is like an emperor, and the stars hold the moon.
Although Hengrui's system is relatively standardized, it can't compare with foreign companies, because your future leaders have the final say in Hengrui. Although foreign companies are also the most important bosses, there are many third-party departments to restrain them. To put it bluntly, foreign companies dare not mess around, but Hengrui dares.
3, there are limitations, and the welfare is not as good as that of foreign companies. Today, social security in many places is still in Lianyungang, which leads many young people to buy houses without provident fund. But now it's getting better and better, and there are branches in many places.
4. Nepotism is serious. After working for a long time, you find that it has something to do with getting along well. Lianyungang is the whole society, all over the country. As a result, many promotions and unfair resource allocation. Let non-Lianyungang people pay several times the effort. When I was in Hengrui, I was the regional manager from the northwest.
