(2) recording a demerit;
(3) lowering the post level;
(4) dismissal;
(5) Being still on probation;
(6) Dissolving the labor contract.
Legal basis: Article 30 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Companies, enterprises, institutions, organs and organizations that commit acts that endanger society, which are crimes committed by units according to the law, shall bear criminal responsibility.
Article 11 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall give administrative sanctions or economic penalties to employees who have one of the following acts and refuse to change after criticism and education:
(a) violation of labor discipline, often late, leave early, absenteeism, passive slacking, did not complete the production tasks or work tasks;
(two) do not obey the work assignment and transfer, command without justifiable reasons, or make trouble without reason, gather people to make trouble, fight, affect the production order, work order and social order;
(three) dereliction of duty, violation of technical operation rules and safety regulations, or illegal command, resulting in accidents and people's lives and property losses;
(four) irresponsible work, often produce waste products, damage equipment and tools, waste raw materials and energy, resulting in economic losses;
(five) abuse of power, violation of policies and decrees, violation of financial discipline, tax evasion, withholding profits, indiscriminate bonuses, squandering state-owned assets, damaging public interests and personal interests, resulting in economic losses to the state and enterprises;
(six) corruption, theft, speculation, smuggling, bribery, extortion and other illegal acts;
(seven) there are other serious mistakes.
