He has taught courses such as fluid sealing technology, power machinery structure and process equipment safety technology. , participated in the course design, cognitive practice, production practice and other training links of process equipment and control engineering, thermal energy and power engineering, and directed more than 50 undergraduate graduation projects (papers). Up to now, he has independently supervised 2 graduate students.

He has participated in 2 school-level educational reform projects and presided over the key project 1.

Scientific research and laboratory construction

1. Scientific research work

Up to now, he has presided over 20 scientific research projects, and successively undertaken scientific research or product development tasks of many enterprises and institutions such as Dongfang Turbine Works (steam turbines), Chengdu Engine (Group) Co., Ltd. (axial fans, TRT and flue gas turbines), Sichuan Air Separation (Group) Co., Ltd. (radial turboexpander, centrifugal compressor, seal), Beijing Aerospace Changfeng Co., Ltd. (medical miniature plastic turbine) and Chengdu Electric Power. The aerodynamic design, three-dimensional simulation, blade profile optimization, static and dynamic strength check, deformation evaluation, rotor dynamic characteristics evaluation and vibration analysis of more than 30 sets of impeller equipment have been completed. Two kinds of miniature plastic centrifugal fans for non-invasive ventilators were developed, designed and manufactured. The main research directions are as follows:

(1) Development of new impeller equipment: flue gas turbine, TRT, axial compressor, centrifugal fan, etc.

(2) Optimization and transformation of impeller equipment in use: maintenance, upgrading and optimization of flue gas turbine and axial compressor;

(3) Intelligent manufacturing of high-end impeller equipment: such as intelligent manufacturing of key parts of steam turbines.

The typical scientific research projects hosted are as follows:

(1) numerical scheme development and numerical simulation of typical nuclear power high-pressure stage separator deformation (Phase II);

(2) The development of the dynamic numerical scheme of the engine hood and EMU;

(3) Numerical scheme of axial compressor strength and rotor dynamics;

(4) Development of aerodynamic performance calculation software and optimization model;

(5) The development of hole double bus measuring instrument;

(6) Developing numerical schemes of strength and rotor dynamics of three elements;

(7) Development of numerical scheme of three-unit shafting and comparison of rotor dynamic characteristics;

(8) Development of numerical welding scheme and numerical simulation of deformation of typical nuclear power high-voltage separator;

(9) Development of micro turbofan;

(10) Study and direct evaluation of corrosion behavior in target pipeline;

(1 1) Development of high-speed TRT and GT90 and aerodynamic scheme of engine hood;

(12) Development of numerical scheme for automatic welding deformation prediction of guide ring of steam turbine;

(13) Development of numerical scheme of three-unit shafting rotor dynamics based on API standard;

(14) Development of numerical scheme for blade strength of axial flow fan;

(15) Numerical prediction and research on welding deformation of high pressure cylinder of steam turbine:

(16) Research on labyrinth seal of expander shaft seal based on CFD technology;

(17) Simulation experiment of axial compressor and waste heat turbine;

2. Laboratory construction work

He presided over two special financial projects in Beijing. At present, the laboratory has 1 set of numeca software, 1 set of abaqus software, 1 set of fan database and selection software, 1 set of German cfturbo software, two HP high-performance servers and a performance test platform for turbomachinery, which can complete the personnel training and scientific research work of turbomachinery development, optimization and transformation.
