The legal representative of the company can only be the executive director (chairman) or general manager of the company. If you want to replace another person as the legal representative, you must first appoint him as the executive director or general manager. If he is appointed as an executive director, there is no need to amend the Articles of Association to stipulate that the legal representative is an executive director. If he is appointed as the general manager and the general manager is the legal representative, then the articles of association will stipulate that the general manager is the legal representative of the company and delete the original content that the executive director is the legal representative.
