Guo Sheng Securities Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive securities company established by the former Jiangxi International Trust and Investment Company, Jiangxi Development Trust and Investment Co., Ltd. and Ganzhou Trust and Investment Guo Sheng Securities Company to absorb other securities resources in the province, and funded by social legal person investors in cash. Founded on February 26th, 2002, the company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guo Sheng Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. in April 20th-6th, with a registered capital of 4.695 billion yuan.
On July 17, 2020, China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to take over Guo Sheng Securities Co., Ltd. according to law. The takeover period is from July 2020 17 to July 2026 16.
