Kinmen Wulong Mountain Scenic Resort Scenic Area Base is an abandoned camp in Kinmen, with high terrain and vast hinterland. Because it has little impact on the environment, it is an important starting point for the planned cross-sea bridge to Xiamen in the future, from which a cross-sea bridge directly connecting the mainland will be established.
At present, three schemes have been planned. The first scheme is to directly introduce it from Wulong Mountain Scenic Resort Scenic Area to Xiamen United Area. The total length of the bridge is 1 1.4 km, and the cost is13.2 billion yuan. The second scheme is Tai 'ao Island leading to Xiamen, with a total length of about 8.6 kilometers and a cost of 1.0 1 100 million yuan. The third scheme is to connect three islands in series and reach Dadeng Island after going to Xiaodeng Island, with a total length of about 10.3 km and a cost of11200 million yuan.
Construction difficulty
Due to the huge amount of money, Jinxia Bridge tends to be based on the economical Line 3, and Kinmen also hopes that the two sides can cooperate. The mainland will be responsible for building the line from Dadeng to Xiaodeng, and Kinmen will be responsible for building the bridge from Kinmen to Xiaodeng Island. Xu Hongzhi, director of kinmen county Works Bureau, said that the estimated budget from Dalong Island to Xiamen Island is more than 654.38 billion.
Although it will cost a lot of money to build a sea-crossing bridge, with the election of Ma Ying IX, cross-strait relations have gradually thawed, and a sea-crossing bridge is expected to be built. In the future, the two sides of the strait will set up control stations with each other and establish direct links. As for the mode of operation, whether it is government-run or private contracting has not yet been determined.
If the Jinxia Bridge is completed, it can connect the two islands, which is of great significance to the development of Jinxia and the establishment of life circle. Once the bridge is completed, it can promote cross-strait exchanges, then Jinmen will not be an island.
Investment and construction
Taiwan Province Guang Cai Industrial Co., Ltd. signed an overall framework agreement for three major projects with an investment company in the world, Jiangsu Huangpu Investment Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Taiwan Province Guang Cai Jinxia Peace Bridge Co., Ltd., and Chen cursor, the chairman of Jiangsu Huangpu Investment Co., Ltd., took out a check of 654.38+500 million yuan on the spot. He also published a proposal in his own name, calling for the construction of Jinsha Peace Bridge, which bears the expectations of people on both sides of the strait for generations, and promoted cross-strait economic exchanges.
Construction significance
Xiaojinmen (Archipelago) is located between Xiamen and Jinmen, with an area similar to that of Macau before reclamation in the middle of last century, and its geographical position is extremely superior. When the Jinxia Bridge, which spans between Xiamen and Xiaojinmen, is completed, water, electricity and gas in Chinese mainland will be connected with the bridge to realize the "three links", and the people's livelihood in Jinmen and Jinmen will be greatly improved. With the continuous improvement of infrastructure, the overall development of Xiaojinmen will show great potential, and on this basis, it will be more imaginative to promote the Jinmen free economic demonstration zone under cross-strait control.
