Technical characteristics of Dongfeng 1 1Z diesel locomotive

In order to ensure the high reliability of locomotive operation, Dongfeng 1 1Z diesel locomotive is a combined locomotive with two locomotives fixed and reconnected. Each locomotive group is towed by two single locomotives with the same structure. Each locomotive is provided with a single cab, and the II-end cab is replaced with an auxiliary cab. There is a passing platform between the two locomotives, and a closed windshield is used at the joint. The interior decoration of the driver refers to the cab design of the "New Dawn" diesel motor car. The locomotive is equipped with 16V280ZJA diesel engine, with the maximum running power of 36 10kW and the maximum running speed of160km/h. In order to improve the reliability of locomotive, the diesel engine, fuel system, cooling water system, air filter system, car body, braking system, telex system and microcomputer control system of locomotive are all improved on the basis of Dongfeng 1 1 locomotive, and the key components are selected according to military design. It is also the first locomotive in China to adopt LKJ-2000 monitoring and recording device. Many imported parts are used in locomotives, such as the fuel injection pump and injector of diesel engine made by Bosch Company of Austria, PGEV governor of Woodward Company of the United States and turbocharger of diesel engine imported by ABB Company of Switzerland.
