The difference between an enterprise and a company

According to the company law, a company is a profit-making enterprise legal person. (A legal person is the abbreviation of legal personality, that is, it is treated as a "person" in law. It can independently engage in civil activities (non-administrative activities (only the state administrative organs can engage) and criminal activities (only the judicial organs can engage) in its own name.
