Songxian Jinniu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) is a joint-stock enterprise integrating mining, selection and metallurgy. It was established on the basis of the original Songxian Jinniu Co., Ltd. in Henan Province in June 2007, with China National Gold Group Corporation holding 60% and Songxian Gold Company (40%) as shareholders. The company is located in Zhangda Township, Song County, Henan Province, and was established in 1988. There are 998 employees, including professional technicians 157, with total assets of 80 million yuan. There are three sub-mines, Dongwan, Dianfang and Niutougou, with a mining capacity of 1 10,000 tons/day. The company has successively won the honors of provincial, municipal and county gold system scientific and technological progress enterprise, advanced geological prospecting unit, advanced production safety unit, provincial civilized unit and Luoyang "May 1" labor certificate. Since the holding of China National Gold Group Corporation, it has actively injected new business ideas and given strong support in technology, capital, talents and projects. Especially in 2008, China Gold Corporation invested more than 50 million yuan to launch the "Geological Prospecting Conference War" in Jinniu Company, and achieved a brilliant record of 67 tons of gold and metal prospecting. The company's total exploration area is 100 square kilometer, with 75 tons of gold geological reserves, which has laid a solid resource foundation for the company's sustainable and healthy development.
