In order to more specifically implement the guiding role of "China Software Talent Training Plan" in software talent training and meet the requirements of COSEP project of Torch Center of Ministry of Science and Technology for software internationalization talent training, China Software Industry Association, Torch Center of Ministry of Science and Technology and China Foundation for International Talent Exchange jointly launched "China Software Talent Training Plan", which focuses on the training and standardization of software internationalization talents. The two sides reached an understanding that in order to completely solve the problem that software enterprises, especially software outsourcing enterprises, lack standardization talent, this training program will take practical and concrete measures to strongly encourage software enterprises to actively participate in talent training, so that talent training can truly reflect the actual needs of employers. Zhongguancun Demonstration Base of China Software Professional Training Project is located in No.7 Courtyard of Haidian District Environmental Protection Science and Technology Park.
