Heshantang in Gongzhuling is Jilin Huarun Heshantang Ginseng Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Resources Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a large state-controlled pharmaceutical listed company. Its predecessor was Jilin Hong Jiu Heshantang Ginseng Co., Ltd., so it is not illegal.
