The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Anhui Province (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) is an ad hoc organization directly under the People's Government of Anhui Province. The provincial government authorized the provincial SASAC to perform the duties of state-owned assets investor on behalf of the provincial government. According to the decision of the provincial party Committee, the provincial SASAC set up a party Committee to perform the duties stipulated by the provincial party Committee. The supervision scope of the provincial SASAC is the provincial operating state-owned assets.
