2. Submit the resolution of shareholders of the company;
3. Submit amendments to the Articles of Association;
4. Letter of confirmation issued by all shareholders;
5. Resume of the legal representative of the company and information about the members of the board of directors, managers and supervisors of the company;
6. The original and photocopy of the company's business license and a copy of the company's articles of association.
Legal basis: Article 13 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the legal representative of the company shall be the chairman, executive director or manager as stipulated in the articles of association, and shall be registered according to law. Where the legal representative of the company changes, it shall go through the registration of change.
