Who is Ye? Independent director of SF Holdings

Mr. Ye: Born in 1947, Master, Hongkong, China. Mr. Ye, the independent non-executive director of Sun Hung Kai Property Development Co., Ltd. and South China Group Holdings Limited (formerly "South China (China) Limited") and the non-executive director and chairman of Ping An Yitong (Hong Kong) Limited, joined the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "HSBC") on 1965. From June 2003 to May 2005, he served as the president of China business of HSBC, from April to 20, 200512, and from May to 20, 200512. In addition, Mr. Ye has served on several advisory committees, including the Hong Kong Aviation Advisory Committee, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and the Hong Kong Urban Renewal Authority, and is currently an honorary member of the Hong Kong Committee of UNICEF.
