The vibrometer, also known as seismograph vibration analyzer or seismic pen, is designed by using the piezoelectric effect of time-sensitive crystal and artificially polarized ceramics (PZT). When timely crystals or artificially polarized ceramics are subjected to mechanical stress, their surfaces will generate charges. Using piezoelectric acceleration sensor, the vibration signal is converted into electrical signal. Through the processing and analysis of the input signal, the acceleration, speed and displacement values of vibration are displayed, and the corresponding measured values are printed by the printer. The technical performance of the instrument meets the requirements of international standard ISO2954 and Chinese national standard GB/T 13824 for vibration intensity measuring instrument. Widely used in machinery manufacturing, electric power, smelting vehicles and other fields.
