Back office is the same as general work, working from 9 to 5 (maybe a little earlier or a little later 1 hour), with working hours of about 8 hours, and sometimes overtime on weekdays and weekends, especially those days when business is settled;
Generally speaking, you can leave the company after the morning meeting, and there is no fixed time in the company, because it takes a lot of time to go abroad for exhibitions, but you need to attend the morning meeting and party on time. When there are activities, you can work for performance on holidays and work until early morning on weekdays.
