The parties may make amendments according to the specific conditions of the company, but they shall not delete the necessary provisions stipulated by laws and regulations, and must clearly stipulate the discussion methods and voting procedures of the company's organization in the articles of association.

Thirteenth the following directly formed materials of preservation value to the state and society should be included in the scope of filing:
(a) reflect the evolution of organs and organizations and their main functions and activities;
(two) reflect the main research and development, construction, production, operation and service activities of state-owned enterprises and institutions, and safeguard the rights and interests of state-owned enterprises and institutions and the rights and interests of employees;
(three) to reflect the urban and rural community governance and service activities of grassroots mass autonomous organizations;
(four) reflect the national governance activities, economic and technological development, social and historical features, cultural customs and ecological environment in various periods in history;
(five) the provisions of laws and administrative regulations shall be filed.
Non-state-owned enterprises, social service institutions and other units shall keep the relevant materials of their own units in accordance with the scope listed in Item (2) of the preceding paragraph. Twenty-second non-state-owned enterprises, social service institutions and other units and individuals formed files that are of great preservation value to the state and society or should be kept confidential, the file owner should properly keep them. If the storage conditions do not meet the requirements or there are other reasons that may lead to serious damage and insecurity of the archives, the competent department of archives at or above the provincial level may give help, or designate the archives for storage through consultation, and take measures to ensure the integrity and safety of the archives; When necessary, it can be purchased or requisitioned according to law.
The archives listed in the preceding paragraph may be deposited or handed over to the National Archives by the archives owner. It is strictly forbidden to sell or give away to foreigners or foreign organizations.
Those who donate important and precious archives to the state shall be rewarded by the National Archives in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. Thirty-seventh electronic files should be reliable in source, standardized in procedure and compliant in elements.
Electronic files have the same effect as traditional carrier files and can be used as electronic documents.
Measures for the administration of electronic archives shall be formulated by the national archives department in conjunction with relevant departments. Thirty-ninth electronic files should be handed over to the archives through the network or storage media that meet the requirements of safety management.
Archives should detect the received electronic documents to ensure the authenticity, integrity, availability and security of electronic documents.
Archives can back up and save important electronic documents in different places.
