Every year from June 5438-10-February, feed cultivation is carried out to select high-quality seed shellfish. Mature sperm and eggs are obtained by artificial heating in the incubator, incubated into seedlings after artificial insemination, and attached to polyethylene nets to grow into juvenile shellfish. In April, the young shellfish attached to the net were put into fine mesh net bags, transferred to offshore rafts for temporary cultivation, and in June, the size was 0.5 cm, and then put into scallop temporary cultivation cages.
② Stichopus japonicus
Select high-quality seed ginseng from May to June every year, stimulate spawning by artificial heating in the nursery to obtain fertilized eggs, hatch into seedlings and attach them to corrugated plates, and put algae bait for temporary cultivation. 1In late October, the specifications of sea cucumber seedlings reach more than 1g per head, and then they are transferred to breeding enterprises to enter the bottom sowing proliferation program.
③ Abalone
At the beginning of each year, high-quality abalone is selected for temporary breeding in the nursery, and fertilized eggs are obtained by artificial heating to stimulate spawning. After hatching, seedlings are formed, which are attached to corrugated plates and put into bait for temporary cultivation. In June165438+1October, abalone fry were transferred to the sea for temporary culture, and in April of the following year, the fry larger than 3 cm were transferred to breeding enterprises for bottom sowing and floating raft culture.
The company has achieved "three changes" in mariculture:

(2) Realize the transformation from "floating raft culture" to "bottom sowing and proliferation" ecological culture mode.
(3) Realize the transformation from "extensive management" to "intensive management".
The company has implemented the marine ecological environment early warning system. In 2005, the company established a marine biology laboratory and built a monitoring ship to conduct a comprehensive inspection of water quality, microorganisms and other indicators in the aquaculture area under its jurisdiction every half month. During the high temperature from May to September, the National Red Tide Monitoring Center will monitor the possible toxic plankton, shellfish toxins and pollutants twice a month. Since 1999, the company has cooperated with many labor export enterprises such as Dalian International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group Co., Ltd. and exported more than 700 laborers including aquatic product processing industry, packaging industry and construction industry to more than 20 overseas companies and groups, which won unanimous praise from foreign customers and laborers. The company has foreign labor service cooperation qualification certificates issued by the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China (PRC) and People's Republic of China (PRC), and its business scope includes sending all kinds of laborers overseas (excluding seafarers).
