What responsibility does the parent company bear?

Legal subjectivity:

No need. The parent company and subsidiary company are two independent legal persons, and their debts are independent of each other. If it is the relationship between the head office and the branch office, the head office is obliged to repay the debts of the branch office. Article 78 of the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Execution of People's Courts (Trial) stipulates that an enterprise as a legal person may be ruled as the person subjected to execution when its branch fails to pay off its debts.

Legal objectivity:

Article 115 of the Company Law A company may not provide loans to directors, supervisors or senior managers directly or through subsidiaries. Article 14 A company may set up branches. The establishment of a branch company shall apply to the company registration authority for registration and obtain a business license. A branch company does not have legal person status, and its civil liability shall be borne by the company. A company may set up subsidiaries, which have legal personality and independently bear civil liabilities according to law.
