(hereinafter referred to as Hening Company) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lutianhua Co., Ltd. and the undertaker of major assets and liabilities under the consolidated statement of Lutianhua Co., Ltd., and Lutianhua Group is the controlling shareholder of Lutianhua Co., Ltd. Sichuan Tianhua Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianhua Shares), Sichuan Tianhua Fubon Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Fubon Company) and Lutianhua Shares are affiliated companies.
