Who is in charge of the commercial leasing company?

Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the State Council. According to the Measures for the Administration of Commercial Housing Leasing, the competent department of housing and urban and rural construction in the State Council is responsible for guiding and supervising commercial housing leasing companies nationwide, and the competent department of construction of local people's governments at or above the county level is responsible for the supervision and management of commercial housing leasing within their respective administrative areas.
