Development of Shanghai Foreign Information Service Hotline

By the end of 20 12, Shanghai's external information service hotline had completed about 4.5 million services, including 20 10 when Shanghai hosted the World Expo, and the annual service volume reached 1.3 million.

Shanghai foreign-related information service hotline is jointly sponsored by the Information Office and Foreign Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People's Government and undertaken by Wen Hui Xinmin United Newspaper Group. At the beginning of 20 12, there were 125 seats and 250 telecom trunk lines, which were divided into two call centers, namely, Shanghai Weihai Road Traffic Zone and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, which were connected to the grid synchronously. Their employees come from home and abroad, and they are all "post-80s" and "post-90s" girls.

On June 5+February 38, 2007, Shanghai Foreign Information Service Hotline signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Infosys India, the largest IT outsourcing company in the world, in Bangalore. In 2008 and 20 1 1 won the first prize of "Yin Ge Prize" for Shanghai's external publicity work. In 2009, he was selected as the "Achievement Exhibition of Shanghai Commemorating the 30th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up". In 2009, it was selected as "Shanghai Women's Civilization Demonstration Post", and 20 10 won the "Worker Pioneer" in Shanghai and the outstanding collective honor of Shanghai World Expo. On March 20th,11won the title of "Shanghai March 8th Red Flag Collective". 20 12 1 was rated as one of the "top ten public service hotlines in China" in the third-party research activities carried out by China Zero Research Group.

From June 5438, 2006 to 2006 10, Shanghai Foreign Information Service Hotline established Shanghai No.1 Information Technology Co., Ltd., a state-owned joint venture, in Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park. In July, 2009, Shanghai Foreign Information Service Hotline established its second operating company-Shanghai Foreign Information Service Hotline Co., Ltd. in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, which is also a wholly state-owned enterprise.

From the summer of 2009 to the end of 20 10, Shanghai Foreign Information Service Hotline became the most important foreign language voice service provider of Shanghai World Expo, and undertook the service tasks of important projects such as the foreign language platform of Shanghai World Expo Service Hotline, the foreign language service hotline of Shanghai Taxi, and the multilingual support platform for volunteers of Shanghai World Expo.

On March 20 10, Shanghai foreign-related information service hotline issued "strawberry SIM card" to the whole country, packaging multilingual guidance services into prepaid mobile communication cards.

Shanghai Foreign Information Service Hotline has not only completed the multilingual public service, but also provided multilingual outsourcing customer service for China Unicom Shanghai Branch, Shanghai Radio and Television Station, Oriental News Media Group and Wen Hui Xinmin United Newspaper Group. In 20 12, the hotline set up a new media department, and began to set foot in multilingual services of Weibo, WeChat and mobile phone clients.
