Warren Lu Na New Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Warren Chemical and North Korea Lu Na Group, mainly engaged in the production and sales of coating resins, with each party holding 50% of the shares. Jiangsu Hua Lun Aisikai Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Hua Lun Chemical and SK Group, which is mainly engaged in the production and sales of pyromellitic dianhydride and other fine chemicals, with each party holding 50% of the shares. Jiangsu Warren Star He Ju Chemical Sales Co., Ltd. and Yangzhou Warren Solvent Co., Ltd. are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Warren Chemical.
