Spark Factory is located in Yang Jialing, Yongxiu County, Jiangxi Province, with Lushan Mountain in the north, Poyang Lake in the east and Nanchang Airport 18 km in the south. Beijing-Kowloon Railway and Changjiu Expressway are close to the east and west sides of the factory, covering an area of 1000 hectares. Spark Factory began to produce high-energy rocket fuel, a national defense chemical product, in the early 1970s, which made a special contribution to the successful launch of Shenzhou series spacecraft. In the early 1980s, it began to enter the field of new chemical materials, and in the early 1990s, it built the largest domestic 10,000-ton silicone monomer production device. Monomers and intermediate products in silicone have now become the leading products, and the output of products has always accounted for the largest share of similar products in China. Among them, the monomer output of silicone ranks first in Asia and third in the world.
In May, 2000, Bluestar Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd., with silicone Factory in Huo Xing, Jiangxi as the main body, was successfully listed in China, which injected new vitality into the rapid development of the enterprise. With the continuous improvement of production technology, the product output, industrial output value and sales revenue of enterprises have achieved steady growth year after year, and the synthesis technology of methyl monomer in silicone has reached the world advanced level.
On August 9, 2009, China National Chemical Corporation invested 8 billion yuan to start construction of a large-scale project Spark Factory with an annual output of 400,000 tons of silicone monomer and 240,000 tons of downstream products from silicone. The first phase of the project will invest 4.5 billion yuan to build a complete set of products with an annual output of 200,000 tons of silicone monomer and 65.438+200,000 tons of downstream products in silicone. Coupled with the ongoing technical transformation project of expanding silicone's existing production capacity from 200,000 tons to 300,000 tons, the single production capacity of our factory in silicone will be increased to 500,000 tons/year in 201/kloc-0, making it the largest production base in silicone in the world, and winning the competitiveness in the international market with advanced production technology and scale advantages.
After the completion of the first phase of the project, China National Chemical Corporation will invest in the construction of a set of downstream products with an annual output of 200,000 tons in silicone and 6,543.8+200,000 tons in silicone. When fully completed in 20 15, the annual output of Spark Device in silicone will reach 700,000 tons, and the annual sales revenue will reach 654.38+000 billion yuan.
