The first stage: before 1995, computer security work was based on the confidentiality of communication and was carried out in accordance with TCSEC computer security standards. The main service targets were government security organs and military institutions.
The second stage: On the original basis, starting from 1995, a number of enterprises engaged in information security, such as Beijing Tianrongxin Network Security Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Venus Star Information Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Jiangnan You Ke Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhongke Netway Information Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Tsinghua Deshi Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Fudan Guanghua Information Technology Co., Ltd., engaged in computer and Internet network security work.
Since 1999, the focus of information security has gradually shifted to the information security construction of banks and telecommunications.
In 2000, China's first "Technical Specification for Banking Computer System Security Industry" was issued, which laid a foundation and set a good example for China's information security construction.
During this period, it mainly provided LAN security service technologies and products in isolation, protection, detection, monitoring and filtering centers, which were mainly threatened by viruses, hackers and illegal intrusions. By 200 1 year, more than 1300 enterprises engaged in information security had been established nationwide at one time.
The third stage: an orderly development stage marked by the establishment of the Information Security Industry Branch of China Information Industry Association in 2002. At this stage, we not only engaged in the information and network security of the Internet, but also began to devote ourselves to the information security of national infrastructure, resulting in many information and network security products with independent intellectual property rights.
