China Power Investment Jiangxi Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. was incorporated on June 5438+February 65438+February 9, 2007. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Power Investment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the group company"), and is responsible for the construction, operation and management of Jiangxi Pengze nuclear power project under the leadership of the board of directors. On June 2, 2008, the Governor of Jiangxi Province, General Manager of Wuhe Group Company unveiled the company in Nanchang. On March 19, 2009, the company was upgraded to a secondary organization directly managed by the group company.
