(four) higher than the minimum solvency limit stipulated by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the regulatory indicators are within the normal range;
(5) The products of the Company are approved for sale by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission.
2. Customer access of insurance agency business is managed by the head office and branch offices.
(1) For national insurance companies with wide cooperation fields and large assets, the corporate financial headquarters (financial institutions) of the head office will implement general access; The Bank regularly publishes the list of customers of insurance companies coordinated by the Head Office. Tier-one branches need to sign cooperation agreements with the insurance companies admitted in the list, but they should also sign concurrent insurance agency agreements, specifying the agency scope, document management, products and expenses, rights and obligations, etc.
(2) For small and medium-sized insurance companies that are outside the access list of the head office, but have strong product development capabilities and a large market share in some areas, if their branches meet certain conditions, they may apply to the head office, and after approval by the head office, the branches will implement quasi-organizational system.
