The predecessor of Mtu Company developed the first high-speed automobile internal combustion engine as early as 1883. 190 1 year, designed and manufactured the world-famous Mercedes-Benz car. Later, a number of advanced luxury models and engines were successively developed. Starting from 1909, aircraft engines were changed to manufacture heavy-duty diesel engines. 1923 began to produce high-performance diesel engines. At present, Mtu's main products are heavy-duty diesel engines (single machine power is 35 to 7400 kilowatts), gas turbine engines, engine electronic management systems, electronic monitoring systems and heavy-duty gearboxes. At present, we are developing new technologies for conversion, storage and utilization of waste heat energy, such as fuel injection system, automobile universal joint, high-temperature fuel cell and high-voltage electrolysis device.
Electronic management system
The diesel engine is equipped with multiple sensors to continuously read various operating parameters of the diesel engine: cooling water temperature, cooling water level, engine oil pressure, engine oil temperature, pressurized air temperature and pressure, fuel oil temperature and speed, etc. According to the above information, the electronic management system controls the injection phase and quantity of the fuel injector (electronically controlled nozzle) through its internal optimization program, so that the diesel engine has the best performance under all working conditions: fuel consumption rate, emission level, smoke at start, cold start performance, etc. If the diesel engine fails, the electronic management system will send out an alarm/automatic protection shutdown and record the nature of the failure. The operator can insert the reader into the electronic manager, read the fault code and find out the fault.
Advantages of electronic management system:
1. Optimize fuel injection, reduce fuel consumption and improve efficiency.
2. Good cold start performance and low starting smoke.
3. Automatic display of fault codes, intelligent management and complete liberation of electricians.
4. The engine life is almost doubled.
