Release time of query results:
If you apply for an inquiry through the window, electronic touch screen or telephone, you should give a reply on the spot;
If you inquire through the network, you should give a reply within 3 working days;
Information on housing provident fund that has been applied for more than three years shall be answered within 8 working days after accepting the application.
Units or employees who have objections to the query results can apply to the management center for review, and the review results will be fed back to the applicant within 10 working days.
